Today sees the release of the anthology"Off the Kuf" and with it my short story "The Silent Bell" This huge collection of stories from twenty-five writers covers the breadth of genres imaginable and has been edited by fellow author David Wailing(http://www.davidwailing.com) . I can only speak from personal experience but it was a pleasure to work with David. His edits weren't numerous but they were spot on and his suggestions only benefitted my little story. Well done David!
All proceeds will go towards maintaining the Kindle Users Forum - www.kuforum.co.uk The forum has become a very important part of my writing life and it's fair to say, the members of it have taught me everything I know about the publishing and writing process. It's a wonderful place where everyone is united over their love of books and writing. The advice I've received has been vital for my development.
So, what is The Silent Bell about? Well for those who know my writing it won't surprise you to know it's a little horror tale. At it's heart it's a traditional ghost story set in the nineteenth century based on an idea I'd had whilst researching The Macabre Collection. I hope you enjoy it!
Anyway without further ado here's the star of the show!
